FieldHaven Marketplace
FieldHaven Marketplace, located in Lincoln, CA, is a thrift store whose profits support the FieldHaven Feline Center, their affiliated nonprofit animal welfare organization.
The Brief
FieldHaven Marketplace was looking for a social media manager to reach their goal of increasing their online presence and increase sales. As merchandise is frequently updated, a consistent posting schedule was needed. Posting should be made on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Research
In order to tailor content that would best work for FieldHaven, I developed a social media strategy plan to establish goals based on research that effects their direct market and helps identify their target audience. The layout works with FieldHaven’s brand identity in the color scheme and typefaces. The layout is presented in a way to take dense research and break it down in a easy-to-digest format.

Results
Employing the customized strategy for FieldHaven resulted in great success. Reach improved over 200%, well exceeding our target goal of 50%. Engagement improved by 125%, with a 10.7% follower increase. Content posted through social media of merchandise also brought in more customers.
